We send out tens of thousands of mailers each month to promote a local charity where kids help kids fight cancer. The back cover of each publication promotes The CARE Network telling people if they are buying or selling a home that they should consider hiring a top-rated agent that will help us fight childhood cancer.

$10,000/Month in Google Ads

Google gives us $10,000/month in free ads to support our nonprofit. That budget is better used promoting our programs instead of just seeking donations. We use almost 100% of the budget targeting people buying and selling homes in hopes to generate referrals that that will provide a greater financial impact for our charity!
Exposure in Other Publications

We have partnered with a few local publications that help us promote The CARE Network. Our combined distribution now gets our agent network exposure to 18,000 local homes each month, plus pickup locations at 120 high-traffic businesses.

Real Estate Fundraisers on Facebook

Our funds can now be used to help specific families battling childhood cancer, and The CARE Network can be used as a resource for specific families to get cover their own expenses. For example, Koah is a newborn that was diagnosed with cancer. We created a fundraiser that his family could share with their social networks so that 100% of donations received could go specifically to their family!

What is a Preferred Agent?

Since we take a risk each time we refer a client to an agent, we ensure that our Preferred Agents are experienced and have a great reputation. Preferred Agents also go above and beyond to support our cause by paying $50/month to help our program thrive. Preferred Agents get a ton of additional exposure to our network, as explained in the FAQ below.

Do Preferred Agents get additional benefits?

Yes. Since Preferred Agents are generous with us, we are generous with them. We do everything we can to generate leads and referrals for our preferred network, and will always be loyal with our referrals when they’re a good fit for our clients.

Preferred Agents get a few additional benefits, such as:

  • We charge a 25% referral fee for Preferred Agents vs a 35% referral fee for other agents!
  • Preferred Agents are listed on our website that is promoted using Google Ads, social media, mailers, event flyers, newsletters, and more!
  • Preferred agents get their monthly fee credited towards an ad on the back cover of our mailers. For example, a small spot on the back cover is $100 for any agent. For our preferred agents, they would just pay an additional $50 for that same spot.
Is there a cost, or fee, to be a preferred agent?

Preferred agents in areas where we actively promote The CARE Network show their support for our cause paying $50/month to be a part of the program.

Is there a contractual obligation for preferred agents to stay in the program?

No. Everything we do is voluntary with the hope of helping kids fight cancer. If an agent needs to stop being a preferred agent for any reason, they can simply contact us and we’ll remove them from the directory.

Why are non agents listed on the website (HVAC, pest control, etc.)?

They benefit from exposure to our Realtor network and to our target audience. We now charge a monthly fee for these “affiliates” to also be listed on the website, so now we’re using other people’s money to generate real estate leads for our agents!

Do the donations go directly to a charity?

No. The IRS doesn’t allow this. If so, we couldn’t offer you any benefits in return. All payments are made to a for-profit entity that supports the 501c3 nonprofit through a commercial co-venture agreement. These payments are intended to cover the operating expenses for the charity.
