How does the 100% satisfaction guarantee work?

It’s important to us that you have a great real estate experience. We offer this guarantee so you know that we’re serious, and that we would NEVER refer you to an agent that we didn’t think would do the best job for you. If you’re unhappy with your experience, we’ll literally have the agent rebate 100% of our portion of the commission to you!

How do you pick the best agent for me?

We evaluate the local agents in our network, and based on your specific needs, we give you 2-3 agents to choose from who we think would provide you the best representation. We analyze things like experience in your market area, experience with your property type, education, negotiation experience, communication skills, and more.

How does donating to charity work?

When your transaction closes we donate 25% of our fee to a charity of your choice. We also donate an additional 25% to Youth-Led Charities, a 501c3 based in Spanish Fork, UT that empowers youth to lead the fight against childhood cancer.
